A vision and a whole lot of hard work...

Our story

We saw this historic building for sale in downtown Havana. We knew we wanted to buy it and restore its beauty. 

Already being landlords of other rental properties, our first intentions were to make apartments out of the upstairs office space, without a clear vision of what to do with the space downstairs. 

Our daughter, Marlana, suggested a venue for different events. 

We knew right away, although smaller, we could make it a charming venue with a tribute to its past, blended with modern amenities of the present. 

With this, we decided to take the building in a different direction and make it all about the venue, and the guests that want to use it. 

We are a family business and we want to be able to offer guests anything they might need for their special day.
