A vision and a whole lot of hard work...

Our story

When we first saw this historic building for sale in downtown Havana, we immediately felt its potential. We knew we wanted to restore its beauty and honor the story it had already lived.

As longtime landlords of other rental properties, our original plan was to convert the upstairs office space into apartments. At the time, we didn’t yet have a clear vision for the downstairs.

That’s when our daughter, Marlana, suggested turning the space into an event venue. The idea instantly clicked. Although the building is intimate in size, we knew we could create something truly special—a charming venue that pays tribute to its past while seamlessly blending modern amenities.

With that vision in mind, we decided to take the building in a new direction and dedicate it entirely to the venue and, most importantly, to the guests who would celebrate here.

We are a family-owned business, and our goal is simple: to offer a beautiful, welcoming space and to provide our guests with everything they might need to make their special day unforgettable.
